J\u00e1 toti\u017e pracuji v soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eb\u00e1ch a tam je logick\u00e9, \u017ee pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed b\u00fdt st\u00e1le jenom fit. I kdy\u017e jsem t\u0159eba tro\u0161ku nachlazen\u00e1 nebo m\u011b bol\u00ed z\u00e1da t\u0159eba z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed, tak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee mus\u00edm j\u00edt na neschopenku anebo si vz\u00edt dovolenou. S bolest\u00ed zad se opravdu v senior centru ned\u00e1 pracovat, tam pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed m\u00edt s\u00edlu, ale jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed skoli\u00f3zu p\u00e1te\u0159e nebo maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 vyh\u0159ezlou plot\u00e9nku. \u0158eknu v\u00e1m, \u017ee klidn\u011b na tohle tak\u00e9 \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee dostat invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod, n\u011bkdo ho dokonce m\u00e1 a \u0159eknu v\u00e1m, \u017ee je hodn\u011b lid\u00ed, jako je moje teta, kter\u00e1 tak\u00e9 na to m\u00e1 invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod. J\u00e1 dokonce tet\u011b st\u00e1le doporu\u010duji, aby si za\u0161la k l\u00e9ka\u0159i, proto\u017ee ona si st\u00e1le st\u011b\u017euje. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee u\u017e tam n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t byla, proto\u017ee jinak by nem\u011bla invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod, jenom\u017ee ona tam p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 chodit a \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee u\u017e je star\u00e1 na to, aby chodila st\u00e1le k l\u00e9ka\u0159i a \u017ee se styd\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1 po\u0159\u00e1d n\u011bjakou p\u0159edstavu, \u017ee toho l\u00e9ka\u0159e obt\u011b\u017euje. To samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nen\u00ed v\u016fbec \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 pravda, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159 to ani \u0159\u00edct nesm\u00ed a na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed to ani ne\u0159ekl. To m\u00e1 jenom teta takovou utkv\u011blou p\u0159edstavu. Pokud m\u00e1te bolesti zad a skoli\u00f3zu nebo vyh\u0159ezlou plot\u00e9nku, tak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee l\u00e9ka\u0159 v\u00e1m v\u017edy porad\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 v\u00e1m t\u0159eba n\u011bjak\u00fd chiropraktik \u0159ekne, jak\u00e9 cviky cvi\u010dit, abyste si ulevili z\u00e1d\u016fm a aby v\u00e1s tak moc nebolela. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee v\u00e1s to nevyl\u00e9\u010d\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b dokonale. Ale m\u016f\u017ee to omezit bolest zad. Cvi\u010den\u00ed na skoli\u00f3zu p\u00e1te\u0159e je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a rozhodn\u011b to nepodce\u0148ujte. J\u00e1 v\u00edm, \u017ee pro n\u011bkoho je cvi\u010den\u00ed velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 nebo se k tomu dokopat m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt opravdu hodn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9, ale j\u00e1 tak\u00e9 cvi\u010d\u00edm, proto\u017ee m\u00e1m skoli\u00f3zu p\u00e1te\u0159e a mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee cviky mi opravdu hodn\u011b pom\u00e1haj\u00ed.
