S\u00a0pln\u00fdm \u017ealudkem a ni\u017e\u00e1dnou starost\u00ed se tak pohybuji mezi bd\u011bl\u00fdm a sp\u00edc\u00edm stavem. Je n\u011bkolik mo\u017enost\u00ed, jak si navodit toto p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 lebed\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0duchu. Lze p\u0159i n\u011bm poslouchat obl\u00edbenou hudbu i mluven\u00e9 slovo.\tNejl\u00e9pe n\u00e1m jde d\u0159\u00edmat po ned\u011bln\u00edm ob\u011bd\u011b, pokud jsme unaven\u00ed po celot\u00fddenn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. Pak sta\u010d\u00ed si pustit obl\u00edbenou poh\u00e1dku a postupn\u011b se s\u00a0pln\u00fdm \u017ealudkem propadat ve slastn\u00e9 dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed.\tAle n\u011bkdy bychom si r\u00e1di zd\u0159\u00edmli a m\u00e1me p\u0159i tom hlavu plnou starost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m m\u00e1lem nedaj\u00ed ani zamhou\u0159it o\u010di. Pak je dobr\u00e9 nau\u010dit se n\u011bjak\u00fd ritu\u00e1l, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s do k\u00fd\u017een\u00e9ho stavu dostane, kdy\u017e si to p\u0159ejeme.\tM\u00e1m dv\u011b obl\u00edben\u00e9 metody, kter\u00e9 st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1m. Bu\u010f zp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0duchu opakuj\u00edc\u00ed se melodie, nebo opakov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 my\u0161lenky. Nejl\u00e9pe takov\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, kter\u00e1 mi p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed radost.\tPak kdy\u017e se postupn\u011b (a ani\u017e bychom si toho v\u0161imli) dostaneme do takov\u00e9hoto meditativn\u00edho transu, za\u010dne si s\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenkou (a\u0165 ji\u017e hudebn\u00ed, nebo slovn\u00ed) hr\u00e1t fantazie a v\u00a0postupn\u00fdch n\u00e1vaznostech ji rozpl\u00e9tat a spl\u00e9tat do slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch konstrukc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m p\u0159i d\u0159\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed p\u016fsob\u00ed velik\u00e9 blaho.\t\tM\u016f\u017eeme tak dostat i velice chytr\u00e9 n\u00e1pady na \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 situace, nebo na zdokonalen\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed dom\u00e1cnosti. A v\u016fbec nevad\u00ed, \u017ee si je po probr\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nepamatujeme. Ji\u017e mnohokr\u00e1t se mi stalo, \u017ee po takov\u00e9mto odpo\u010dinku jsem probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd jsem \u0159e\u0161il mnoho dn\u00ed, vy\u0159e\u0161il, ani\u017e bych si na tom d\u00e1val n\u011bjak moc z\u00e1le\u017eet.\tTedy m\u011b p\u0159ipad\u00e1, \u017ee nejen, \u017ee je d\u0159\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed zaslou\u017een\u00e1 slast po celot\u00fddenn\u00ed n\u00e1maze, ale \u017ee m\u00e1 i pozitivn\u00ed dopad na n\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed \u017eivot.
